We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer free domestic exchanges and easy returns on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure boots are tried on a carpeted surface to keep the outsoles in pristine condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to your original packaging.

  Package and Ship

  Place your unworn boots back in their original box and drop the package off at any authorized shipping carrier location specified on your label.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
